Guitar Core
We have four types of core at this point : basic ,jazz . metal Frets. And fretless,
All of them have attachments for future attachments, like the Tremolo system, locking mechanism, and more. Yet they have the differences required for different styles of playing. For example, the jazz model can hold heavy gate strings and keep very low action.
The metal frets give you the feel you used to and allow you to play rough and aggressively like any other guitar you have.
The polycarbonate fret on the basic model, if you play relatively softly and don’t do a lot of bending, can hold long on my personal guitar. I have had them for 3 1/2 years with no issue.
The fretless core has
Brass fingerboard for long life and durability fun to slide on, and less than 1 mm action at the octave. The basic core contains:
Nut: 40.5 mm
Guitar core delivered with zero 10 E. stringSpace between strings at the nut: 7 mm
Space between the strings at the bridge: 11 mm
Thickness of the neck between the nut and fret # one: 21.2 mm
Thickness of the neck between frets 11 and 12:
21.7 mm
Include the Boaz tuning machine:
The Boaz tuning machines have Gear and Warm that machine with high tolerance to minimize the backlash, which allows you to tune up and down to get to pitch. The Boaz tuners held the string in tune dramatically.
* The guitar core design is for professional players who travel on the road from cold weather to hot weather with humidity to dry. This core is designed to hold this extreme weather abuse. The guitar leaves my custom shop in a complete set-up, and there is no need for any set-up once delivered.
The core weight, including tuning machine, bridge, and strings, is 2 kilograms.
(I did not include the pick-up module.)
(The weight can be slightly different due to the filler.)
* On the Jazz model, on fretless and fretless cores, there is a different weight.
The string action can be adjusted by the Ellen key attached to the magnets in the back of each core.
The string action delivered: the height from the top of Fret 12 to the bottom of the string is 1.5 mm.
The string action at the nut is from the top of fret one to the bottom of the string. It’s 0.5 mm.
Each guitar core includes: two inserts for the Tremolo system;
Two inserts for the fret 23–24 extension
Head plate that is designed to accommodate a string locking mechanism,
Each core contains a fret marking point on the fingerboard and on the side of the fingerboard.
Between Fret’s 2-5-7-9-12-15-17-19-21
Neck radius: 12 inches
A hanging metal cable can be attached to each core as an extra feature.
For those of you that wish to have an extremely light guitar that is basically made with carbon fibers, this extra feature is a custom job, and we can arrange that.
